Readers got an interesting insight of the everyday life of the medieval, Renaissance era France. We got acknowledged about a community of catalans in the village of Perpignan who are living there because of the Spanish they couldn't live in freedom and got squeezed under taxes and surprisingly (or not) they wished the French would win the war against the Spanish.
