Intriguing concept with a world picking up after the amazing book 1 and reacting to the revelation of an impending invasion in a few hundred years. The science fiction is neat. However, the fantasy girlfriend wish-fulfillment is not. I cannot take the fact this guy's daydream fantasy woman can be found in real life at all seriously. Might not finish this.
