So Far in chapter 4 all whats happening is that harry is getting picked up from his room by the Durselys to go back to the school

I finished reading chapter 2 and this is the summary. Harry, still trapped with the Dursleys at Privet Drive. He cut his fingers with something while cleaning out his trunk, which contains all his school things for Hogwarts School. He finds some old stuff from the past things from his school and he finds a newspaper with dumbledoor on it and he gets sad flashbacls
