They went whale hunting with a German crew. Then the German crew left the ship to chase after the wrong type of whale.

Learning more about speed whales and daily life on the sea. Queques saves an Indian who falla inside a dead whale while collecting it’s spent.

We learn the difference between the whale heads on the boat. Ishmael also foreshadows one will be sinking in the sea the other to follow soon after.

They killed another whale to make a charm of the head. They met a prophet. Stubb ate some whale meat but was mad at how it had been cooked.

We learned more about the life of the whalers. They discover a squid and go back to the boat when they realize it’s not a whale. Then the next day Stubb manages to find and kill a sperm whale.

We learn about a rebellious lakeman, and paintings and stories of whales.

They found the whale but Queequeg failed to kill him. They were almost lost at sea but got reunited with their ship.

Everyone is feeling uneasy about Moby Dick as they learn stories of him from other whalers. Ahab is ready for Starbuck to rebel anytime but trying to keep the crew and starbuck in tight discipline.

They now know what whale they are going after and Starbucks wants nothing to do with it. He will though because Ahab is his captain.
