In this book i like how the author Susan Cooper puts so much detail to the characters surrounding/setting. I can picture page by page where the character is and what she/he is doing. For example when Susan Cooper wrote about Jane's new bedroom i can imagine a small room with yellow curtains a nightstand and a bed. The bed has yellow sheets and two pillows. I like how she puts so much detail in describing the bedroom.
