In the first three chapters that I have read so far, you get a glimpse into Moody's childhood memories. The love for his Grandfather, the awkwardness in the beginning of meeting his Father after WWII. His passion for the understanding of afterlife at the young age of 12. With his Father being a surgeon, opened his eyes to heart massaging to restart the heart of a non-beating heart.
