Jean louise just heard some of the meeting of racist hate with Atticus and Hank in attendance, and it has rocked her world.

After just finishing TKAM and reading a bunch of reviews of this book that were all over the map, I'm pretty curious about what my own reaction will be. While I enjoyed TKAM, I identified pretty closely with critics who noted that the characters there are closer to 2-D than most in real life.
