I can't download the books I requested in Netgalley. The acsm links aren't working. It always say: "License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED" Ugh! Anyone help?

Eunice Yes, I already sent them a message. I'm still waiting for the reply too though. I tried to contact Harlequin too because the books I requested are from them but they can't give me copies of the books outside of Netgalley.
