I am excited about this book. I pre-ordered it over a month ago and finally got it today. With various and sundry yoga texts out there, there is a noticeable lacuna in the area of sequencing. In going through the book, I can already see it will be invaluable to my own practice and the class I teach. It's comprehensive and considers all abilities. Looking forward to finishing two books this weekend and starting this.
