It's still incomprehensible, but the weird factor is ramping up (baby-eating Venusians), which makes it more interesting.

Good thing it's got pretty art, but otherwise, it would be a DNF.

I have only the sketchiest idea what's going on, but...big thumbs up for the gory (squishy, squishy guts) battle scenes.

I bought this cheap not knowing it was a continuation/reboot of the series (which I haven't read). The art is great, but the the dialogue and characterization flat, and story not accessible without reading previous books.
