The British introduced a new system(Sandeman) in Balochistan, they made the Sardars heredity instead of the previous elective system. These new Sardars became subservient to the British and also any anti-imperialist system could not be undertaken against the colonial masters alone without targetting the new Sandeman system which was why there were no real anti-colonial movements under the British.
