OMG table manners!
-continental style is much more graceful
-fork is always to the left and knife stays to the right
-Once you use a utensil, it does not return to the table. Always place it mostly on the proper plate facing inwards or to you.
Forks always look down. With the exception of foods such as peas.
NEVER twirl pasta into the bowl of the spoon. Twirl only a small amount.
