Last three stories more solid. First, Batman started to look more like the Batman we know. Some crazy designs for Batplane tried so a lot of trial and error. Detective comics had more action in an 11-page Batman issue than many comics today put in a $1.99 24-page issue.

Read three stories from the Gardener Fox era on Batman in which he has Batman engaged and living in New York City rather than Gotham and somehow Fox manages to confuse werewolves and vampires.

Early Batman kind of hard to get into for its own sake. Stories are short and typical crime story, though Batman shows. Did see Batman climb a wall-using suction cups.
