Instead of “be nice” say “you aren’t showing your brother respect when you_______.”

Boys and men want to provide, protect, rescue and maybe die. Encourage this in them. Use Respect- talk.

Proverbs 20:29 The glory of young men is their strength

We must understand the age and the stage of a boy.

“A woman’s family is held together by her wisdom, but it can be destroyed by her foolishness.” Proverbs 14 verse one.

Toward God’s honor and glory and being a respected man of God

This is about mom being in charge - in charge of
her tone of voice, word choice, and demeanor as she interacts with her priceless progeny.

My response is my responsibility

A mother can say, ”I do not respect
your wrong choices. I am angry about those
choices, and you will be disciplined for them.” But the. She can add, “I believe in your deeper heart. I respect the person God made you to be, and we will get through this moment.”
