A word or phrase in the book that impacts the story is "Imagine a child pining away for the loss of a robot." This phrase impacts the story because it says that robots are very important in society in that time period, and the parents didn't grow up with robots so they found it amusing that someone is depressed because of the loss of a robot.

a particular inedent in the book that revealed aspects of a character (cutie) is when he decided that there is a bigger master. that says that even though there should be limits on his understanding he was able to think of things he should'nt be

In one paragraph, Cutie states that there is a greater master than humans. It helps develop a key concept by showing what the robots are thinking about humans and what they do tho or for them.

The protagonists are Powell and Donovan, the antagonist is Cutie (QT-1) the robot. They are having a bad relationship because Cutie is smart and is thinking of theories that there is a great master that created humans and robots, Cutie also convinced himself and the other robots that humans did not create them. So the robots are starting to not obey human orders.

The point of view in the book (which is third person limited) affects the plot in terms of what I know by having me and other characters figure things out about the robots that are wrong.

A particular incident in the book that produces a decision is that when the electron storm came, Cutie (the robot) handled the controls to it perfectly, better than any human did, and that earned him trust with the space station.

i like this book because it is interesting,
because it has a lot of action,
and because it is suspenseful and mysterious.
