Giving this another go. I skipped ahead to the Battle of Alamance because I just could not wade through anymore bullshit. But it now has my attention and hopefully keeps it for the rest of the book so I can finish this series.

I had to put this book down for two years. I figured that was a better idea then spending a year trying to finish it and not getting to read other books. I hope this story starts picking up though, or I’m going to have to find the cliff notes online and then move on to the next book in the series.

For some reason this book is just not holding my attention as the previous books have. It's tough trying to finish this!
