Excellent book about the JFK autopsy. It is clear that the autopsy was a sham that was not about discovering the actual details of the murder of JFK, but rather meant to cover up the fact that JFK was shot from the front, i.e. the Grassy Knoll, and to incriminate Lee Harvey Oswald.
