So far, so good. I’m excited to read this book followed by Howard Zinn’s A People’s History for a side by side comparison of content and portrayal. Regardless, I’m clear on the fact that in today’s world I need a wider breadth of US historical knowledge to be a better activist and a more informed voter. Any other US history suggestions are appreciated.
