I've actually skipped around reading & rereading one of the top five best English novelists (though English was his third language!) Here is a fellow I'd love to have chatted with over coffee or a brewsky. What a fabulous wealth of knowledge, insight, & experience. Reading Conrad only makes me wish to know more about the man behind such superlative wordcrafting. I cannot recommend this book highly enough, folks.
