The Baby Boomer women worked hard but they understood there were things they couldn't control. The Gen X-Y women believe that if only they were good enough, they could control and obtain anything. The impossibility of having it all applies across the board to all women aged 27-36 today...a silent anxiety and overwhelming pressure to do something now, to get it right & now...turning 30 to a woman is like 50 for a man!
