P.S. Started book by reading appendices for first few chapters. Now each chapter has deeper sense in it for me. Recommend this approach to anyone wanting to get fuller experience of the depth of relevance physical properties and relationship of quantifiable materials described by equations has on our bodies and dance. A joy to hold, read, and practice with!

Reading pdf version is killing me what with the pinching and enlarging diagrams while maintaining positions discussed and actively making movements to experience the physics while dancing! So ordered a working copy which is hard to find w/o paying an arm & a leg! {;-)
