I understand why Richards not able to shorten his jail time. I just hope he’s charged as a juvenile. I wonder what color he’s wearing; hopefully not red. Probably orange.

Yes! Finally Sasha’s out of the hospital! And Richards not homophobic, he didn’t even know how to spell it or what it meant exactly. He has trans friends and people in his family. Sasha and their parents also don’t want Richard to be tried as an adult. Honestly I’m glad. Hopefully Richard is charged as a juvenile instead of an adult...

I’m glad Sasha’s getting better, but I’m still upset about Richard... I’m glad Sasha’s in a routine now. Every morning they get bathed, which is their favorite part.

No!!! I’m really upset Richards going to jail, maybe even a life sentence. He’s still protecting Jamal and Lloyd... he should just tell the truth. It’s hard to believe he’s homophobic, but I guess for me it would be hard to believe a good person is homophobic.

I’m glad I get to hear Richards story. It’s actually really interesting... but he didn’t have any friends and got robbed. In this story, 2012 was a bad year and I’d have to agree. Lots of criminal activity happened.

I like all the backstories, but they’re confusing me a little bit. I forget which character is which and which one is the main character.

I like the backstories on all of Sasha’s friends. Sasha is an interesting character. They is very different from most characters I’ve read about. They’re non-binary and aren’t romantically attracted to anyone.

I like how most people accepted Sasha for who they were and didn’t cause a scene about them wanting to change their name from luke to Sasha and wanting to be called they instead of him
