Salva and Nya both live in Southern Sudan. Salva's story takes place in 1985. While Nya's story is happening in 2008. Salva's is separated from his family when rebels attack his village. So he is on the run. His goal is to find his family. Nya is forced to be at home, and she has to walk to gather water everyday.

I will hang out with Salva because he was one of the lost boys and he had to go through tough challenge's just to be safe. Also he is still kept together
