I give up. I have tried and tried for months now to get through this book. Maybe if I come back to it or start over some time in the future, a spark will arise and I'll actually finish it.

I don't think I've ever struggled to get through a book like this since "Heart of Darkness" back in high school. Finding it really hard to connect with the text.

So far so good. Have been introduced to what seems like the main characters of the novel at this point. Waiting to see how all of the robberies tie together.
