AHHhHhHHhHHhHhH!!! Sooooo excited!!!!! I think I'm going to do a reread of the whole fever series before I start Iced. I realized that I forgot everything!

OK I READ IT! And uhhh it just kinda hit me that Dani is going to be 14 in this book?!?! But the teasers KMM have been releasing were pretty sexy...And Ryoden is in his 30s...Now I'm a little confused at what we are going to get with this book? Any thoughts?

KMM has made a point of saying that she writes books with sexual content, and while Dani will be young when/if anything happens, it won't be 14. My guess is between 16-18. And Ryodan is 30s-looking, but immortal, so 1000s really, I'm sure. There's been a bit of a ruckus to the point where people have made a stink on Facebook about age concerns. It doesn't really bother me because a.) it's fiction (it's not advocating for teen sex) and b.) this world is so far removed from ours that their story/situation is in no way relative to our world (fae/pri-ya/Barrons/etc.). The circumstances of their everyday lives and the mindset of the characters are not going to be anything like a 'normal' modern person. Also, cannot wait for this. Wish it was the 30th already!

Haha you make an excellent point. Although I still find myself a bit hung up on her age to a point where I am just trying to forget. The Dani in my mind is 16-18 lol. But yea I AM SO SUPER EXCITED! I didn't realize that it picks up literally as soon as Shadow Fever ends so I am really happy that I decided to reread them. Otherwise I would have been super lost! YAY only 1 more week to gooooo!!!!
