I pre-ordered this, based mainly on the author's tweet. I've only flicked through it so far, but it's impressive. The format is innovative and modern. It's designed for skimming: highly illustrated, clearly sectioned, and with key points in big text. Detailed index, and plenty of sources. A good resource, I'm sure.

Odd that my edition is clad entirely in lurid pink, though.
