I would rate this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. Mostly because the book was easy to follow and had a good plot that could very well happen in real life. The main character in this book (Amy) falls in love with one of her captors (Farouz) this is an example of stockholm syndrome. The boat she was on got taken over by pirates and the held her family and the crew hostage. Until the pirates called the navy for a ransom.

Spoiler: At this point in the book Amy has fallen in love with Farouz. The Navy has just come to pay the ransom to get the hostages back but Amy decides to say with Farouz

(Spoiler) At this point in the book Amy has become friends wit Farouz a pirate. She starts to fall for him until he tells the rest of the pirates that her dad owns the yacht. Then the pirates get mad and have the hostages negotiate with the navy and the ransom jumps up to 10 million.

Spoiler: Amy, the main character in the book at this point has been made out to be the have fun type of person. Although she doesn't really care for her family she cares about her real mom who committed suicide.

Spoiler: At this point in the book the pirates have just taken over the boat. The pirates want a ransom for the people aboard the ship.
