Amazon still has this, but under ISBN-13 978-9176372012 and UID B01B485ARE . Basically the same item, though (though Amazon's pagination is now 90 pages rather than 65. Which makes somewhat more sense, comparing to my paperback copy of a different edition.) Anyhow, the Amazon link presently available here@ Goodreads (2/24/18) goes to a 404 page.
