54% in and we are not moving forward. Malentendido tells us glimpses of Belen and Lucky past that in my opinion aren't that interesting or really adds any insight to their love story . The beautiful prose and enthralling elements of Book 1 are missing in this book.

As soon as I finished Maldeamores, I downloaded Malentendido as I was full of hope and nervousness to continue Lucky and Belen story. It's clear to me now, more than few years have past from when book one and book 2 were written. The feel of this book it's different , the urgency and emotional connection isn't as fluid as book 1. I am liking Malentendido but I am not in pins and needles as I was in book 1.
