Repetitive, good introductory book to thinking about complexity, appreciate some of the insights which were great (complexity vs complicated). I would think most engineers, scientists already know about some of the issues with increasingly complex systems (interconnectedness, klugyness, breadth & depth of knowledge) but no one really how's how to deal with the problem.
