The female characters are so badass.
Also enjoy the representation. Several characters have disabilities. Granted these are mostly related to limb loss. I'd be interested to know if the author includes other disabilities either in this story or others.

Early, but I haven't wanted to throw the book or yell "That's bullshit!" so that's good #pickyreaderproblems
Also male character describes female co-workers without describing their breasts or having any sort of sexual or romantic attraction toward them. He values their input and doesn't talk down to them or about them. It's a plus in my book.
