Finished ch. 4. 17 pesto recipes so far, if I haven't miscounted. Cool ideas, and colors I wasn't expecting! The book cover reveals a bit, cuz I really only associate pesto with green, but it can be so colorful!

Finished ch. 8. 41 pesto recipes + recipes using pesto so far, if I haven't miscounted. Again, very eye-opening, as I associate pesto very limited to pasta, sandwiches, and burgers. With the established variations of pesto, I can now see a way wider range of usage. =D
