Read through §3.1.1

The prose leaves something to be desired. Some figures are unnecessary, just taking up space. The URL of the Docker image in the appendix is wrong (remove the “b.” for the current location). So far this book feels rushed to market. Hopefully better content awaits after the introductory chapter.

Now switching from MEAP to the final version of the book.
