Ok, there's an opera adaptation of Dolores Clairborne, Der Ring des Nibelungen needs to move over to make way for a Dark Tower cycle, because these deaths are much more cataclysmic than Brunhilde throwing herself onto the pyre to bring about Ragnarok.
