I still haven't finished this book, but I'm busting with enthusiasm for it. While it seems many readers are taking Glassner's book as a what to eat/what not to eat manifesto, I fear the value of the book is being overlooked. I enjoy his information and descriptions, and know that there is no right or wrong thing to eat or place to eat it in. One thing I can say is that I love food, and this book only makes me love it more. Cheers, Glassner, cheers.
