"How very adult of you," Vin said flatly.
"I've always been very confident in my immaturity."
This is getting betterer and interestinger.

"I can’t believe people read books this big, she thought. Despite
the large lettering, each page was filled with words. It
would take days and days to read the entire thing."
I find this passage in a book of 600+ pages, which is a part of trilogy, which is a part of series of trilogies pleasantly amusing. :D

“You’re insane!” she said quietly.
Kelsier smiled. “I think that’s the second time today you’ve said that to me. You need to pay better attention—if you’d been listening to everyone else, you’d know that my sanity departed long ago.”

I started reading this a few years ago, but unfortunately I had to put this book away for a bit, so I'm reading this again. I loved the start and prologue back then, and I love it now, too. But the further I go to the story, the more I feel it's not what I was expecting, and I'm not sure if it's unexpected in a good way. I started this book with HUGE expectations and I feel it doesn't help me enjoy the book fully.
