I loved "how markets fail", and this is a very comparable book. Both are of similar length, the backbone of both books is economic history, and both deal with the failings of the EMT. "How markets fail" has a stronger ideological axe to grind than "the myth of the rationale market", but taken together they are excellent companion pieces.
