I like the characters, but the pursuer is really obvious, unless a very unexpected twist is coming. I try to be forgiving of typos in indie books because I know most people can't afford $1k for a professional editor, but there are a LOT of run-on sentences. But the concept of the sorry is a fun kind of creepy that has the potential to simultaneously be a good love story, so I want to like this. We'll have to see...

There are definitely some (mildly) darkly steamy scenes in this book, but I'm not sure how I'm feeling about how it's all ending up. The heroine's behavior is a bit weird and I'm starting to feel like Elliot has a douchey side that's throwing things off for me. Maybe the wrap up will help, but it's going to be hard for these characters to redeem themselves in my eyes.
