I don’t quite know how I feel about Fermín Romero de Torres, he seems a little suspicious but we’ll see. Just something about him makes me feel uneasy, like he is somehow connected to the burning of the books.

“He pulled out a box of matches out....he had no nose, lips, or eyelids.” (56) this person, well I don’t know if it is a ‘person‘ because of its description, but rather this thing is a bit frightening. You can tell in the tone of the text that Daniel seems a bit on edge by the mysterious figures actions and appearance. But I just want to know, why did he set the books on fire?!?
