She has given Cia a week to think about it and told her that it is the only way to stop the testing and help innocent lives from harm.

Cia is finally back from her adventure in the abandoned air force pace. She knows her oldest brother Zeen is part of the rebels that will fight with violence. She tells him Michal is dead because of Simon and to not trust Simon. They keep talking and out of no where Zeen stops talking and she is scared something happened to him. She is heading towards the presidents headquarters to try and talk to her.
