I've really enjoyed this so far. I urge the reader not to buy the book and just listen to the mp3s instead. Good, ole-timey Americana. Decent section on the law of God. Obviously predates theonomy, but because of that he doesn't feel the impetus to "explain away" the law that is typical of many modern American Presbyterians.

On the last page of the chapter on sanctification, Clark recommends CS Lewis as a clear exponent on the Christian life! Given the history of the Trinity Foundation, the irony is too rich.

Section on God's decrees was real good. Section on the Trinity was weak. To be fair, fundies at that time had to deal with the deity of Christ. As a result, very little is dealt with on the processions and intra-trinitarian relations, which is the main discussion today. Any commentary now written on the WCF *has* to deal with this, or suffer the assualts made by EO Christians.
