Having a difficult time with this even though it is a 'subject' I am prone to find interesting. It's a complete muddle of names, acronyms, numbers, statistics with no discernable connection. Ultimately nearly unreadable, little to no narrative to keep me reading further. In order to instruct and inform, a book must first be 'readable'. I find this is not. Sadly.
