Whoa, wow, whoa --- George Garrett's letter that culminates with "allowing myself the luxury and vice of hating another human being with an unforgiving and murderous malice," in this case a literary agent, and how Garrett uses his friend's story about fighting SS troops during WWII as a metaphor for his reaction.
