Finished reading about loading data into the Tabular model. Lots of good tips and some warnings about data loads. Looks like Excel is still a bad data source. Recommend staging into SQL or similar for many external sources - strong typing and reliable/repeatable data (without extra costs).

Chapter 1 was a great intro and would be good for potential buyers to read before buying the book. Chapter 2 so far has given a good start to setting up your system to work through examples in the remainder of the book.
