Okay, I'm sort of steaming right now! Issues one and two of this are the beginning and end of an entirely separate book! Meaning (a) I'm going to have to read that book to figure out what happened! (b) I've just wasted my time because I'll be rereading those issues! (c) I have zero context going into the rest of this book! and (d) that book has a much lower rating than this one! I hate crossover events!

Parts 1-2 are the start and end of a kind of sci-fi Hunger Games event with Legion Lost. At least, that's my best guess since they left me only breadcrumbs to go by. Part 3 they're on Mystery Island just chillin'. Part 4 Bart battles dinosaur terrorists in Chinatown. Part 5 Cassie hulks out, attacking the team. Totally scattershot. I'm halfway done and no two issues even take place in the same location!

I'm not one to put much stock in a book's average Goodreads rating: I've held many an unpopular opinion. But this one is very nearly a 3.00, which bodes not well for me. It'd be my 3rd lowest rated book and, frankly, I hated the other two. But Volume 1 was decent enough, sterile and vanilla as it was. I do enjoy Brett Booth's art, and main three heroes were fine. It's the new team members that approximated wallpaper.
