This far into the book and nothing has happened, repeatedly. I like some of the characters, I'm interested enough that I want to know what is happening underneath the plotting and conniving and deception, but I really dont think I'm going to finish this. I have no idea how younger me managed to finish this and buy the sequel. I long for a Cliff's Notes summarization of this book.
