Are you enjoying this one as much as I am? I just want to curl up with it for the weekend.

Among Others may still get my top Hugo nod, but I can't recall the last time I've read a novel so purely entertaining. All the more surprising because I'd really assumed the sci-fi space opera was an artifact rightfully left behind in the 1970s. Turns out I was wrong!
I'm not even that much of an SF fan, and I was dubious when I started, but the last 150 pages have just been a breathless read for me. I agree, though, that Among Others may have to get the nod. Tough field this year, but that's a good thing.
