In this book I am reading the main character Amar'e Stoudemire I think is a dynamic character because in the book he is changing how he likes playing basketball with his friends but it isn't that important to him until these teenagers try to take over their neighborhood court. As they try to take it over Amar'e focuses more and more on basketball until he can try to save the court.

The audience that this book is for I think is young kids that are about 10 years old. In the book the main characters are 11 years old. The author does not use foul language. Also since this book is about a basketball star as a younger kid young basketball fans would want to read this. But since this book is about a basketball player as a kid I think this book is for young kids and I think this book is for males.

In the book one kinda of minor character would be his his mother because she doesn't have big role in the big and she is a distraction for Amar'e and his best friends Mike and Deuce to save their basketball court. She is a distraction because she always wants Amar'e home before a certain time while he wants to keep on playing basketball to save the court.
