Ok, the newer book that I am reading by this author was added to GR, all of the notes on this book belong on that one. Other than re-type it all up, I'm just going to add to that one and close out this one.

Rotenone is an agricultural pesticide that causes mitochondrial damage and is used to cause Parkinson's disease in animals to study them. A chemical KNOWN to cause Parkinson's in animals is USED on our FOOD. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?!?! Non-fiction books really make me angry and sad.

First thing I'm not sure about. I don't think glucose is the best fuel for cells. What about fat and keytones? Unless those break down into glucose? Must research!
