Dean Baker's criticisms of patent law is piercing and on point: and his idea for replacing coprate income taxes with one time payment of non voting coprate stock is extremely interesting to say the least. It aligns coprate and public interests in a better way than the coprate income tax (especially since it could be done efficiently on a voluntary basis.
